Meet Brad Beadling

Brad is a Certified Professional Inspector with extensive training from both InterNachi and ICA (Inspection Certification Associates) 

Brad has over a decade of experience working in the construction industry where he has performed a wide variety of jobs.  Over the last 6 years he has spent the majority of his time outside of work flipping houses and renovating apartments in his multi-family rental properties.  Brad is passionate about real estate, particularly the restoration of old homes.  He continues to build his real estate portfolio putting him in a position where he understands the perspective of his clients as home buyers and investors.  From his experience in house flipping, Brad has been on both sides of closing table, giving him a great deal of familiarity with the buying/selling process and the stresses felt by both parties.  He understands the tough time constraints his clients are under and works with them to meet the needs of their schedule, so that they can get their inspection report quickly.
